The Opportunity
The Partner Marketing Manager turns Kubrick’s technology alliances into measurable commercial growth. Working with Marketing, Alliances, Sales and Solution teams, you will own partner-led demand generation and go-to-market activity for priority technology partners, including Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft and AWS.
You will create repeatable ways to generate qualified pipeline, win new customers, support deal progression and take Kubrick’s repeatable AI solutions to market through partner-specific propositions, campaigns and sales enablement.

What you’ll be doing
- Generate alliance-sourced pipeline: Build and run targeted activity that creates qualified opportunities through priority partner channels and strategic accounts.
- Drive joint go-to-market activity: Develop partner-specific plans and campaigns that connect customer needs, partner priorities and sales activity.
- Commercialise repeatable AI solutions: Turn Kubrick’s technical solutions into clear propositions and campaign messages for partner-led opportunities.
- Enable Sales and Alliances teams: Create practical sales materials and support co-sell activity that helps opportunities move forward.
- Manage partner marketing relationships: Build productive working relationships with partner marketing teams and coordinate activity across internal stakeholders.
- Use MDF and co-investment effectively: Plan and manage available partner funding against activity with clear commercial goals.
- Track performance and improve activity: Use CRM, campaign and pipeline data to show impact and refine future plans.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, product marketing or demand generation within B2B technology, cloud, data, AI, SaaS or professional services.
- A track record of building commercially focused go-to-market plans that connect customer needs, partner priorities, sales activity and measurable pipeline.
- A strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-sell motions, ideally across one or more of Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft or AWS.
- The ability to turn technical solutions into clear, customer-focused propositions, campaign messages and sales materials.
- Commercial confidence and the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Alliances, Sales and Solution teams.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, campaign reporting and pipeline data to make decisions and demonstrate impact.
What success looks like
- Growth in alliance-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, including contribution to the annual partner pipeline target.
- More new customers acquired through priority partner channels and strategic target accounts.
- Stronger opportunity progression, win rates and sales velocity where partner-assisted activity is in place.
- A consistent annual programme of joint campaigns, executive engagement and co-sell activity.
- Increased use of Kubrick’s repeatable AI solution propositions in partner-led and partner-supported opportunities.
