Partner Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director
Responsible for: Develops and executes joint marketing strategies with strategic technology partners to drive market awareness, demand generation, partner-sourced pipeline, and revenue growth.
Based at: Hybrid Flexible Role with a link location at London
Scope:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing/Marketing Director, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building, planning, and executing co-marketing programmes with Bell’s strategic technology partners such as IBM, AWS, Nice to increase market awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth.
The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Partner Management, and Vendor teams, ensuring partner propositions, campaigns, MDF investments, and go-to-market activity are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable pipeline and commercial impact.
Purpose:
To accelerate Bell’s market presence and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic partner marketing programmes with key technology partners.
The role will manage co-marketing campaigns and strategy, MDF planning and governance, partner communications, joint value propositions, and integrated demand generation activity that strengthens Bell’s partner ecosystem, increases awareness, and creates qualified pipeline across priority markets and solutions.
Role:
Partner Strategy & Go-to-Market Planning
- Develop joint marketing strategies and annual/quarterly plans with strategic technology partners, including IBM, AWS, Nice aligned to Bell’s commercial priorities.
- Translate partner propositions, Bell’s priorities, and market opportunities into clear, compelling go-to-market campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Alliances, Partner Management, and leadership teams to prioritise activity that supports pipeline and revenue growth.
Co-Marketing Programs & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated partner campaigns across digital, events, content, webinars, ABM, email, social, and sales enablement channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, messaging, creative assets, and stakeholder communications from planning through to delivery.
- Ensure partner activity is commercially focused, well executed, measurable, and aligned with Bell’s brand and market positioning.

MDF Management, Governance & ROI
- Own MDF planning, budget tracking, compliance, and reporting for assigned strategic partners.
- Ensure partner marketing investments are prioritised against agreed objectives, with clear outcomes, ROI measures, and continuous optimisation.
- Produce performance reporting and insight for partners and internal stakeholders, covering awareness, engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue influence.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Strengthen Bell’s partner ecosystem by building trusted relationships with partner teams, alliance, and sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for joint thought leadership, market visibility, customer engagement, and partner-led demand generation.
- Act as the marketing lead for assigned partner relationships, ensuring clarity, momentum, and effective collaboration across internal and external teams.
General:
- Ensure compliance with Bell’s data protection and information security policies.
- Be aware at all times of diversity and inclusion and acting in line with Bell’s core values.
- Foster and promote continuous improvement in systems and processes.

Essential Experience:
- Significant experience in B2B partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing
- Proven track record planning and executing co-marketing campaigns with strategic technology partners or vendors.
- Experience managing MDF budgets, partner approvals, campaign governance, claims processes, and ROI reporting.
- Experience delivering demand generation campaigns that create measurable awareness, engagement, qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue influence.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, partner ecosystems, go-to-market planning, campaign execution, and sales alignment.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, partner objectives, and business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Confident working with campaign data, budget tracking, performance reporting, and continuous optimisation.
Leadership & Behaviours:
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident influencing across internal teams and external partner stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced technology environment with high levels of ownership
- Structured and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple partner priorities, deadlines, and campaign workstreams.
- Creative and commercially focused, able to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with customers and support sales conversations.
Desirable:
- Experience working with IBM or other major strategic technology partners.
- Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, managed services, data, automation, AI, cyber security, or digital transformation markets.
