You bring strong role-related expertise and sharp thinking, and you’re motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor.

You're humble and collaborative; turn zero-to-one ideas into real products, and you “get stuff done” end-to-end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. The Role

Airwallex is seeking a results-driven Partner Marketing Manager, UK and EMEA to join the regional marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing integrated partner marketing programmes for Airwallex’s largest EMEA market. This is a first of its kind role in EMEA, reporting to the Senior Manager, Field and Partner Marketing, EMEA.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns through partnerships. You will work closely with GTM Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and cross-functional regional and global marketing teams to design localised and scalable programmes across events, partner campaigns, community programmes, and high-value account-based initiatives. Your programmes will generate customer demand, accelerate GTM partner referral pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and build long-term partner engagement across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
