About the role:
This Senior Manager role sits as part of the Partner Office Services team, and will take a lead on all aspects of partner mobility, as well as leading on a portfolio of specialist partner processes. The role provides clear advice, practical judgement and strong operational and budgeting control across partner relocations, international assignments, permanent transfer support, contractor engagement for former partners, partner sabbaticals and partner-related Workday activity. The role will balance partner experience, policy and regulatory compliance, commercial discipline, risk management and operational efficiency. It will work with the Partner Office leadership, LoS Teams, global mobility teams, member firms and external vendors to ensure decisions are well-evidenced, approvals are clear, and complex issues are managed with discretion and confidence and in line with the relevant tax, legal and regulatory requirements. Alongside core delivery, the role will be expected to improve how the work is managed through clearer processes, reusable guidance, better data, stronger knowledge management and appropriate use of technology to reduce manual effort and improve resilience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
