Partner Onboarding & Sales Specialist
Company: Cowork Booker
Location: London
Work Mode: Remote
Compensation: Commission-based pay
About the Role
Cowork Booker is an online platform for finding and booking coworking spaces, meeting rooms, serviced offices, hotels with conference facilities, and other flexible workspaces. We are building a UK-wide marketplace for the flex office and business meeting space market. Our goal is to simplify the booking process—from finding a location and checking availability to booking and paying online.
We are looking for someone early in their career, ideally with some initial experience in sales, marketing, or client support, to help us grow Cowork Booker's partner network across the United Kingdom.
This role combines B2B sales, partner account management, onboarding support, and listing quality control.
What does the role involve?
Your job will be to acquire new partners and guide them through the first stage of their presence on Cowork Booker. The scope covers not only traditional coworking spaces and serviced offices, but also venues with meeting rooms and conference facilities—including hotels that can offer rooms for business meetings, workshops, training sessions, or team work.
This is not just about encouraging a venue to sign up. What matters is making sure the venue is added to the platform correctly and presented well to users. Simply being listed in the system is not enough. Photo quality, complete information, a compelling description, accurate pricing, availability, and clear booking rules all count. Your task is to help partners prepare a listing that is clear, credible, and ready to sell.
Key Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying coworking spaces, serviced offices, meeting rooms, hotels with conference facilities, and other flexible workspaces across the United Kingdom
- Reaching out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to venue owners and managers
- Presenting the benefits of being on Cowork Booker
- Encouraging partners to register for free
- Helping partners set up their account and add their venue
- Overseeing the completeness of each venue profile
- Checking the quality of photos, descriptions, addresses, amenities, pricing, and booking rules
- Suggesting improvements that will make the listing more attractive
- Verifying that the offer is clear to end users
- Helping partners write better descriptions of venues and spaces
- Gathering information on available space types: desks, rooms, private offices, offices, training rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces
- Maintaining a tracker of contacts, conversation status, and onboarding quality
- Sharing feedback with the Cowork Booker team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Quality Areas
When a venue is registered, you will help partners ensure their listing is ready to sell—not just "uploaded to the system."
Photos
- Are they high quality, bright, up to date, and do they show the actual space? Can users see desks, rooms, the entrance, common areas, kitchen, reception, lobby, or the venue's surroundings?
Venue description
- Is the description specific, engaging, and easy to understand? Does it answer users' questions: who is this space for, what is the atmosphere like, what is included in the price, and how does access work?
Offer and pricing
- Has the partner correctly added space types, prices, availability, opening hours, and booking rules?
Amenities
- Have they listed Wi-Fi, coffee, monitors, parking, phone booths, air conditioning, after-hours access, reception, meeting hosting, catering, or conference equipment?
Offer credibility
- Can a user make a decision without an extra phone call? Does the listing look professional and inspire trust?
Sales readiness
- Is the venue set up so it can actually accept bookings?

Compensation
Compensation is commission-based and tied to revenue generated by the venues you bring on board.

Why this role matters
