Manning Global, a premier global managed services provider in ICT, AI, and Engineering, is expanding its elite delivery team! We’re looking for a talented Partner Operation Specialist - Industry Representative in the UK to help deliver high-impact, cutting-edge service for our global portfolios.

Job Title: Partner Operation Specialist - Industry Representative

Employment: Full time

Contract Type: Fixed-Term 1 year rolling

Start Date: June - 2026

Country: UK - Reading / Office based

Salary range: 130.00 GBP min - 140.00 GBP max daily dependant upon experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering formal business proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as a point of contact, facilitating communication between the team and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth delivery of business proposals.
  • Approach the client and schedule meetings alongside the manager and team.
  • Support market research and competitor tracking activities.
  • Assist in coordinating activities between the company and assigned customer accounts.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a B2B sales support or business development support role within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise networking, storage or IT infrastructure market.
  • Experience in indirect sales business models, such as working with channel partners or resellers, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (internal and external).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting the team and business development activities.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively to identify and resolve issues.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA (Cisco) or equivalent ICT qualifications are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients.
  • Fluent in English
