Company Description

Nexus is a partnership program that connects clients to specialist financial expertise, helping advisors deepen relationships while unlocking new revenue streams. By linking clients to services that advisory firms may not offer in-house, Nexus supports client retention and strengthens long-term trust. The platform equips advisory teams with specialist knowledge to handle a wide range of business challenges as clients grow and evolve. Nexus also focuses on developing team members into more rounded advisors through training and support for new service offerings. This scalable approach enables partners to launch new capabilities efficiently and generate additional revenue.

Role Description

The Partner Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Harrogate, with flexibility for part-time work from home. In this role, the individual oversees the day-to-day operational management of Nexus partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for partner firms and their clients. The role involves maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external specialists, analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and contributing to the development and rollout of new services. The Partner Operations Manager also supports training and enablement initiatives that help partners adopt Nexus offerings at scale.

Qualifications

  • Operational and project management skills, including experience coordinating workflows, managing timelines, and overseeing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Client and partner relationship skills, such as stakeholder management, account coordination, and the ability to build trust with advisory firms and external specialists.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective teamwork across cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in financial services, business advisory, or professional services operations is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with technology platforms and CRM or partner management tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Harrogate, balancing on-site collaboration with remote work.
  • Relevant education or training in business, operations, management, or a related field is advantageous.
