Role Description
This full-time Partner role is a hybrid position based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. The Partner will lead client engagements from origination through delivery, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and overseeing high-impact consulting projects. The Partner will build and grow a practice area, mentor team members, collaborate across the firm, and contribute to the evolution of Trimstone’s consulting platform and service offerings. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy combining hands-on delivery with business development and practice leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, including strategy development, operational improvement, and change management.
- Experience of selling, building and leading client relationships, including business development, proposal creation, and account growth.
- Ability to lead project delivery teams, manage complex programs, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools, data-driven approaches, and structured methodologies to enhance consulting impact.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring, knowledge sharing, and working effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
- Proven track record as a senior practitioner or operator in industry or consulting, ideally with domain expertise in a specific sector.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and client-centered decision-making, and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
