Reports to: Marketing Director

Checkin Apartments is an established accommodation booking agency, founded in 2009, specialising in solutions for business travel, relocations and short-term stays. We offer access to a carefully curated portfolio of serviced apartments, aparthotels and corporate housing across the UK and in key destinations worldwide.

Our success is built on strong relationships with our clients, our colleagues and our accommodation partners. We work directly with a wide range of property operators, from global hospitality brands to independent serviced apartment providers, enabling us to offer accommodation solutions that meet the diverse needs of our corporate and private clients.
We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in the success of our partners. By maintaining trusted relationships and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, communication and collaboration, we help create exceptional experiences for our clients while driving growth for our property partners.
Collaboration, continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence sit at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful and digitally confident Partner Relations Executive to help manage and develop our property portfolio across Checkin Apartments.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining property content, partner relationships, digital systems, rates management, marketing coordination and operational support.
You will be responsible for ensuring our property information, rates and booking terms are accurate, engaging and consistently maintained across all relevant channels, including our website, CRM, booking platforms, property portals and bedbanks.
Working closely with our property partners, you will coordinate property information, imagery, commercial updates and promotional opportunities, helping ensure Checkin Apartments has high-quality content and strong supplier relationships that support our clients and commercial growth.
You will also play an active role in visiting properties, attending viewings and FAM trips, capturing content for marketing and social media, and identifying opportunities to improve our property listings, processes and partner relationships.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across multiple systems and platforms, and takes a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and getting things done efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Naturally curious and market-aware, interested in understanding our industry, monitoring competitors and carrying out market research to ensure Checkin Apartments continues to offer a strong proposition for clients.
  • Sharp-eyed and analytical, able to spot inaccuracies, gaps or inconsistencies in competitor websites and accommodation information, and understand what they could mean for our own proposition.
  • A strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to draft professional emails and partner communications themselves, using AI as a tool rather than relying on it to do the thinking and writing.
