We are working with an established serviced apartment provider who are looking to appoint a Partner Relations Manager to strengthen and develop relationships across their corporate accommodation network.

This role will suit someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, understanding client needs, and working closely with partners to create long-term value. You will play an important role in managing key accounts, improving partner engagement, and helping to grow the company’s presence within the corporate housing and relocation market.

The successful candidate will have experience within serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, global mobility, hospitality, or a related B2B environment, with a strong understanding of how to manage and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, mobility providers, and accommodation partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong communication and service delivery.
  • Build trust with partners through regular engagement, reviews, and proactive account management.
  • Identify opportunities to increase bookings, strengthen partnerships, and support commercial growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner expectations are met and service levels remain high.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners and help develop long-term commercial relationships.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings to represent the business.
  • Gather market feedback and share insights to help improve the overall partner experience.

About You:

  • Experience in partner management, account management, business development, or client relationship roles.
  • Background within serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, global mobility, hospitality, or travel-related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how strong partnerships drive business growth.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple relationships at different stages.
