Landytech
Landytech is on a mission to build the intelligence and infrastructure that empower asset stakeholders to shape the future of wealth.
We are the company behind Sesame, the specialist AI-powered investment management platform for family offices, trust companies, private banks, and asset managers. Built by practitioners with deep roots in institutional asset management, Sesame is connected to more than 500 custodians and helps clients reduce reporting time by over 80%.
We solve a complex and consequential problem: helping sophisticated institutions turn fragmented wealth data into trusted information and better decisions. Doing that takes expertise and collaboration across every discipline — from product and technology to operations, client services, and go-to-market.
We are a high-growth B2B fintech, backed by Aquiline Technology Growth, with offices in London, Paris, and Pune. Joining Landytech means taking meaningful ownership, working with talented colleagues across teams and geographies, and seeing the impact of your work as we scale a product that already matters to our clients.
The Role
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join our Partnerships team and work alongside our Partnerships Director.
You will build and grow relationships with technology providers, referral partners, solution providers, and community partners. Your primary focus will be developing Landytech's private-bank and community-partner relationships, alongside selected relationships across our broader partner ecosystem.
The work is hands-on: enabling partners, generating partner-sourced pipeline, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing so that joint work actually lands. You will own an assigned partner portfolio, not the whole partnerships function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build multi-threaded relationships across partner organisations, developing appropriate relationships from day-to-day contacts through to senior stakeholders
- Cultivate new relationships with net-new private banks — a key requirement for growing family office referrals and pipeline
- Clearly articulate and promote the joint value proposition for private banks and family office introducers
- Enable partners with product knowledge, sales materials, training, and the support they need to work with Landytech
- Own the health and performance of assigned partner relationships, identifying actions that increase partner engagement, referral activity, and qualified partner-sourced pipeline
- Develop account plans for priority partners and support regular partner reviews covering activity, pipeline, opportunities, blockers, and agreed actions
- Identify, qualify, and track partner-sourced opportunities in HubSpot, with accurate attribution, data handling, and clean handoffs to Sales
- Coordinate joint go-to-market work — including co-marketing, campaigns, and events — with Marketing and Sales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in relationship, partner, or alliance management within B2B SaaS (fintech) or wealth management, including private banking
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills; comfortable representing Landytech to senior figures at external partners as well as owning relevant conversations internally
- Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders to drive goals and KPIs
- Practical with CRM — HubSpot preferred — and disciplined about data quality
- Commercially minded: able to qualify an opportunity, keep pipeline moving, and work with Sales without needing to close the deal yourself.
- Bring a self-starter mentality and a clear understanding of partner relationships: how to mature and grow them in a mutually beneficial manner
- Curious about wealth and asset management; familiarity with technology and wealth management companies in this space is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus, but not essential

Experience
- Growing or running a referral partner network is a strong plus
- Experience enabling partners through training, materials, and joint GTM matters more than having owned a full ecosystem strategy
- A business-related degree or solid financial-services knowledge is useful, but not a hard filter
- Inquisitive and determined, with the ability to work through barriers to build success
- Proven relationship-management experience, including owning and building relationships across complex businesses that often span multiple geographies and languages
This role is probably not for you if you want:
- To set partnerships strategy or run the whole function — that sits with the Partnerships Director
- A closing Account Executive role, or a high-volume SDR job with little partner or relationship management work.
- To work only on contracts and legal matters, with little day-to-day partner enablement and pipeline follow-through
