About TechTree

TechTree has become a go-to recruitment partner for some of the most ambitious startups and scaleups in the world. We pair expert human judgement with proprietary AI tooling to build world-class teams, fast. We work with success stories like ElevenLabs and a roster of venture-backed clients across engineering, product, GTM and executive search.

The Role

As a Partner, you own your own practice end-to-end — from winning clients to delivering the hires that close them out. You bring the network, credibility, and commercial instincts to build a book of business in your function or geography, then lead delivery (personally, and over time through a team) to make sure it lands.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and P&L for your practice, function, or geography
  • Win new clients — founders, executives, hiring leaders — by leveraging your existing network and credibility
  • Grow existing accounts into long-term, repeat partnerships with TechTree
  • Set commercial terms, pricing, and proposals for the deals you bring in
  • Act as a senior advisor to owners, C-levels, investors, founders, and executives on hiring strategy and market conditions
  • Lead delivery on your projects and hold the quality bar across every search in your practice
  • Close deals and close hires — you own the revenue on what you sign and deliver
  • Build, and over time manage, your own practice team as your book of business grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This Role Wins When

Clients sign, accounts grow, hires land, and the practice is profitable. That means deals you bring in convert into long-term partnerships, not one-off searches — clients keep coming back because you deliver, not just because you sold well. Your book of business grows through referrals and expansion as much as new logos, delivery quality stays high across every search in your practice, and the P&L reflects it: healthy margins, not just top-line revenue.

What You'll be Accountable For

  • Revenue and profitability of your practice
  • Client acquisition and account growth
  • The quality of the client relationships you hold
  • Hiring outcomes on every project you run
  • (Optional) Manage your practice team in delivery
