Partner - Retail Strategy

Our client is a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions with a significant and growing presence across the UK and EMEA markets. They partner with major enterprises to drive large-scale digital and business transformation, with capabilities spanning technology, strategy, and operations.

Their Retail Strategic Consulting practice is an area of strategic investment and growth, engaging at board and C-suite level to originate and deliver multi-million-pound transformation engagements across leading EMEA retail organisations. They are recognised for delivering high-impact programmes across digital commerce, supply chain, and customer strategy.

About the Role

This is a Partner/Director-level leadership appointment within the Retail Strategic Consulting practice covering UK and EMEA. The successful candidate will take ownership of leading and scaling the practice, with a clear mandate to drive commercial growth through the cultivation of C-suite and board-level client relationships.   • Originating multi-million-pound transformation engagements
  • Delivering thought leadership across retail functions including digital commerce, supply chain, and customer strategy
  • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior retail executives
  • Leveraging an active and demonstrable board-level network across EMEA to generate pipeline, shape transformation agendas, and position the firm as the strategic partner of choice for major retail enterprises
  • End-to-end accountability for transformation programme delivery

  • Proven senior leadership within a premier consulting firm
  • Active, demonstrable board-level network across the EMEA retail landscape
  • Strong track record of originating multi-million-pound consulting or transformation engagements
  • Deep expertise across retail strategy disciplines including digital commerce, supply chain, and customer strategy
  • Proven end-to-end transformation programme delivery within large-scale retail environments
  • Exceptional C-suite and board-level stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to business development
  • Executive presence with the ability to produce and present compelling thought leadership
