New Senior Leadership Role in Risk Practice
We are expanding our Risk practice with a new senior leadership role to expand Risk practice and drive business growth.
Seeking for an individual contributor who can hit the ground running, bring deep market knowledge, and operate with an ownership mindset. Over time, the role may evolve to oversee AVPs and Senior Managers on projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with bank executives to deliver impact in enterprise risk, credit risk, regulatory compliance, and banking & capital markets
- Lead business development initiatives while balancing consulting responsibilities
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies and manage a portfolio of €10M annually

- Strong background from Global Consulting firms
- Proven ability to thrive in Risk Management with a track record of delivering results
- Established network within banking and capital markets
- Proven track record in business development
- Confident, proactive, and able to take ownership from day one
