Are you an experienced sales or partner enablement professional who enjoys turning business needs into structured, scalable learning and development programs?
Weโre looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Programs Lead to define and continuously improve the global enablement journeys that support our Sage X3 Partners, Sales and Solution Consulting teams.
Youโll take ownership of programs covering onboarding, certification, partner activation, competency development, coaching and release readiness. Working across regions and functions, youโll help create a consistent enablement experience that takes people from onboarding through certification and activation, and supports their continued development.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands partner ecosystems and enterprise software, can bring structure to complex global programs, and enjoys using data, technology and AI to improve how people learn, develop and perform.
This is a hybrid role based in Newcastle, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.

- Partner with Enablement Managers to support consistent delivery of global programs across regions.
- Work with Content and Solution Strategy teams to ensure the right content supports each stage of the enablement journey.
- Define clear program milestones, expected outcomes and measures of success.
- Use enablement and performance data to understand whatโs working, identify gaps and continuously improve programs.
- Ensure new product releases and strategic initiatives are incorporated into enablement and readiness programs.
- Support regional localisation while maintaining consistency across the core global enablement experience.
- Collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solution Consulting, Partner and Channel Leadership, Learning Services and Regional Enablement.
- Champion the use of AI to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of enablement delivery.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
