Job Title: GTM Partner Manager – UK & EMEA
Location: UK (Remote / Flexible)
Salary: Up to £140k Base + Bonus
This isn’t just another partnerships role focused on managing existing relationships and keeping the channel ticking over...
This is an opportunity to build an indirect GTM strategy from the ground up, taking ownership of how a rapidly growing, PE-backed finance software business builds its partner ecosystem and drives revenue across the UK and EMEA.
You'll have the freedom to shape the strategy, identify new routes to market, build relationships with key technology partners, MSPs, GSIs and systems integrators, and turn those relationships into a scalable revenue channel.
If you're someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting, wants genuine ownership of the GTM strategy, and can translate partnerships into commercial growth, this is a standout opportunity.
Company:
A rapidly growing, PE-backed financial software business helping CFOs and finance teams transform how they manage planning, consolidation, reporting and financial close processes.
Operating in the high-demand financial software and corporate performance management (CPM) market.
Offering solutions across FP&A, financial close, consolidation and broader enterprise performance management.
Helping finance teams automate manual processes, improve visibility and make better business decisions.
Backed by private equity, with ambitious growth plans and significant opportunity to expand its market presence.
Investing in its go-to-market strategy, with indirect sales and partnerships a key area of focus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
