Role Overview
This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.
Being a Partner Sales Manager, Microsoft at iManage Means...
- You will play a hands-on role in driving one of iManage’s most important strategic relationships — our partnership with Microsoft.
- This position focuses on executing joint programs and co-sell motions that connect iManage and Microsoft teams globally.
- You’ll bring operational rigor and cross-functional coordination to make partnership initiatives work seamlessly in the field.
- While overall partnership strategy is defined by leadership, you’ll be the operational engine ensuring all Microsoft-related initiatives run efficiently, are tracked effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes.
iM Responsible For...
Co-sell strategy and joint go-to-market
- Execute the iManage worldwide co-sell strategy across the product portfolio.
- Build and execute joint plays with Microsoft's Enterprise, SME&C, and Global Partner Solutions organizations that drive measurable pipeline and customer acquisition velocity.
- Expand iManage’s presence on Microsoft commercial marketplace and ensure enterprise engagements are structured to align with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments.
- Maximize iManage’s participation in Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-investment funding, including MAICPP, ECIF, and Frontier Acceleration.
Engagement and field activation
- Deliver joint enablement and training programs for iManage and Microsoft teams.
- Develop and maintain senior relationships across Microsoft's sales, marketing, positioning iManage as a preferred co-sell partner.
- Represent iManage at Microsoft events, as well as customer and partner forums worldwide.
- Translate Microsoft's strategic priorities, including AI and Microsoft Copilot, into joint motions that iManage and Microsoft can activate together.
Operational Program Management
- Define, track, and report on the key performance indicators that matter most: Microsoft-influenced revenue, co-sell pipeline, marketplace transacted revenue and partner-sourced leads.
- Supporting quarterly business reviews and leadership updates with key insights and progress summaries.
- Standardizing processes to ensure consistent and repeatable engagement with Microsoft.
- Recommending improvements to drive efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the partnership.

- 8+ years in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with at least 3 years in a Microsoft alliance, partner, or co-sell leadership role.
- Deep, current understanding of Microsoft's field coverage model and how strategic decisions are made within SME&C and Enterprise organizations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial marketplace, MACC mechanics, MAICPP, Frontier Acceleration and ECIF.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led and co-sell motions that produce repeatable, measurable revenue at enterprise scale.
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in a complex, multi-region environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, and Microsoft's AI and Copilot platform.
- Comfort with CRM and pipeline tools (such as Salesforce and Microsoft Partner Center) and with data-driven sales management.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
