Partner – Serious Injury | London

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Highly Competitive + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as it continues to invest in the growth of its Serious Injury practice.

This is a strategic appointment for an established leader who combines outstanding technical expertise with a genuine passion for developing client relationships, winning work and contributing to the continued success of a market-leading team.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the practice, working alongside senior leadership to drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

The Role

As a Partner, you will:

  • Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex Serious Injury matters.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key referrers, introducers, and strategic partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow the practice and enhance its market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Champion exceptional client service and technical excellence across the team.

About You

You will be an experienced Serious Injury lawyer with:

  • Extensive experience managing complex and catastrophic injury claims.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing a small team.
  • A strong track record in business development and relationship management, with a genuine passion for building long-term client and referrer relationships.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a desire to play a key role in the continued success of a growing practice.
