It’s an exciting time to join Indirect Partner Service as we prepare to introduce important new strategic products and the systems that will support this role and improve how we serve our Partners and Customers. We’re looking for a confident and proactive Partner Service Team Member who will embrace these changes, help shape their successful rollout and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll build trusted relationships, manage orders and projects from placement through to first bill, keep stakeholders informed and take ownership of service-impacting issues through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Customers and colleagues across Service and Sales.
- Monitor orders and projects, identify risks early and coordinate action to support successful delivery.
- Own service issues through to resolution and support root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Develop your knowledge of relevant products, processes and systems.
- Actively support the rollout of new products, systems and ways of working by completing training and providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively to support team priorities, handovers and service delivery.
