Partner Services Delivery Director
We’re looking for a Partner Services Delivery Director to join our team in London, UK in an office and client site working mode. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of end-to-end cloud delivery across large-scale digital transformation programmes spanning multiple industries, such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Utilities.
You will combine strategic leadership with deep cloud expertise and strong commercial awareness. By working closely with major technology partners, C-level client stakeholders, engineering teams, and internal business leaders, you will shape cloud strategies, lead major bids, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, multi-cloud solutions that drive tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-stream cloud programmes from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring adherence to modern architecture and software delivery best practices
- Own cloud migration strategies, encompassing rehosting re-platforming to modernize legacy systems and transition workloads to multi-cloud or hybrid environments
- Oversee delivery across all major cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure, compliant, and highly resilient solutions
- Drive technical solutioning and delivery support for major bids, RFIs, RFPs, and framework submissions, contributing to high-quality winning proposals and presentations
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior client executives, technology partners, and internal leadership teams
- Manage substantial delivery portfolios and budgets exceeding £10 million, ensuring financial performance, risk mitigation, and robust governance
- Recruit, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, across cloud engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, data, and Agile delivery
- Ensure proactive risk identification and compliance with global enterprise security standards, industry regulations, and data sovereignty requirements
- Champion continuous improvement across delivery frameworks, cloud governance, and overall partner satisfaction

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar discipline
- Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migration and technology programmes (100+ FTE multi-year portfolios) within technology consultancies or enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success in high-value bids, RFIs, RFPs, and SOW negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of contractual management, financial governance, and margin optimization
- Experience managing delivery budgets exceeding £10 million
- Advanced expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, with proven leadership in large-scale cloud migration initiatives
- Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure, CI/CD, and DeOps principles
- Proficiency in secure cloud design, hybrid implementations, and enterprise-grade API integrations
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and data sovereignty standards, across multiple geographies
- Experience leading Agile delivery at scale, using SAFe, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks
- Ability to simplify complex cloud and migration concepts for executive-level stakeholders and contribute to high-quality proposals
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for optimizing proposals delivery or automation
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders, technology partners, and internal executives
- Excellent English communication skills, proven experience producing proposals, contracts, and customer communications
- Skilled in leading geographically distributed, multi-vendor, and multidisciplinary global teams
- Robust decision-making and negotiation capabilities
