About our client

Our client works on a global basis with a range of client types, including institutional investors, fund managers, and professional advisers. Working alongside their clients, they manage and resolve underperforming funds, realise tail-end assets, and structure creative solutions for legacy portfolios.

As a Partner in this business

You will originate, manage, and execute opportunities across one or more of the firm's key focus areas. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider strategy of the group and nurture long-term client relationships.

What the job involves

  • Business development: origination and execution of mandates with institutional investors, legal firms, and fund managers
  • Develop and maintain high-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Lead mandates in fund restructuring, asset recovery, GP replacement, or secondary transactions
  • Serve as an active director, manager, or representative in distressed or underperforming structures
  • Oversee asset realisations, special situations investments, and turnaround strategies
