The Role
BlackSpire is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Principal, Director, or equivalent advisory professional to join the firm at Partner level.
The mandate spans strategic and commercial advisory, client origination, deal flow, and selected transaction work across borders.

This is a commercially driven position for someone ready to take greater ownership of relationships, mandates, and opportunities while remaining directly involved in execution.
Partners operate with significant autonomy - developing senior relationships, originating opportunities, sourcing deal flow, and leading or contributing to selected BlackSpire mandates.

- Development of BlackSpire's professional and commercial network
- Leadership and execution of selected client mandates
Who We're Looking For
Candidates should bring substantive experience in consulting, advisory, transactions, investment, corporate development, market expansion, professional services, or an adjacent field.

You should have strong commercial judgement, credibility with senior stakeholders, and an established or developing professional network.
Most importantly, you should be capable of operating on both sides of an engagement - recognising and originating opportunities, then remaining close to execution.
This is not a conventional business development position. Partners are expected to contribute directly to the work they originate.
Compensation
The position is structured on a revenue-sharing basis, with the potential for progression to Equity Partner for individuals who make a sustained contribution to the firm's growth and development.
