About the Role

We're hiring a Partner Success Executive, reporting to Director of Delivery and Partner Success. This role will suit a Fashion, design, marketing or creative graduate with ~3+ years' experience who wants to work across partner success, operations and creative teams with an AI-first company. You will closely work with the founding team's leadership

Role Description

  • Management of day to day client comms for your assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and present weekly updates at the Brand > Partner Success meetings.
  • Assist in content and production coordination, alongside the delivery function to ensure projects are delivered to creative brief & on time.
  • Help onboard all new clients to the Brand Dashboard
  • Research and contribute ideas on AI in fashion workflows
  • Provide ad-hoc operational and research support to C-Suite

Qualifications

  • ~3+ years experience in fashion, creative, marketing, or production roles
  • Strong understanding/experience/exposure of the fashion/e-comm industry
  • Interest in AI and emerging creative technologies
  • Excited to develop their strategic client management skills in a fast-paced start-up

Compensation

£25,000 FTE equivalent (3-month paid internship initially)
