Senior Azure Security Engineer

Location: Hybrid; 1 day per month reporting in London office

Purpose of Role

At CyberOne, Partner Success is fundamental to delivering exceptional cyber security outcomes. This role is pivotal in helping our partners and their clients realise maximum value from CyberOne services while strengthening long-term strategic relationships. The Partner Success Executive acts as a trusted extension of both CyberOne and our partners, ensuring services are delivered effectively, opportunities for growth are identified, and operational excellence is maintained throughout the customer lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Success & Growth

  • Support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a world-class partner success function.
  • Support renewals, service enhancements and client retention activities.
  • Maintain visibility of renewal activity, pipeline opportunities and partner growth.
  • Engage regularly with partners both virtually and face to face to understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.
  • Support for partner onboarding where required.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to expand their cyber security offerings through CyberOne solutions.

Trusted Advisor & Relationship Builder

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Act as a central coordination point between partners and CyberOne teams.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly service reviews.
  • Support in partner monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Support account planning and strategic growth discussions.
  • Strengthen long-term partner relationships.

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams.
  • Support onboarding, fulfilment and customer requests.
  • Manage escalations professionally and transparently.
  • Provide clear communication and service updates to partners.
  • Promote a consistent partner experience across CyberOne.

Operational Excellence

  • Produce service reports and performance updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Monday.com and operational systems.
  • Assist with reporting, project coordination and contract administration.
  • Generate Statements of Work, service schedules and welcome packs.

  • Experience in customer success, managed services, cyber security or IT services.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and business systems.
  • Experience in working with partners including MSP’s, VAR’s, systems integrators and telco.
