About the Role: Partner Success Lead (Partnerships Account Management)
As the primary custodian of our existing partner ecosystem, you will nurture relationships to drive mutual growth while optimising partner performance. You’re more than a point of contact for our strategic partners—you act as a strategic advisor, ensuring partners remain active, compliant, and scaling alongside Tide.
Core Qualifications and Requirements
Core Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth businesses), thriving under rapid transitions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coach to success.
- Talent for strategy execution to scale adoption among new customers from existing partners.
- Proven track record in managing a large portfolio of accounts, lead high-level QBRs, and drive actionable growth.
- Tech-savvy mindset with deep expertise in CRM systems and Partnership Management Platforms (PRMs).
- Creative thinking essential—plan and execute innovative growth initiatives.
- Compliance-minded: Meticulous for detail and experienced in supporting regulatory integrity across partner networks.
- Organisational strength: Balancing large-scale operations without compromising momentum.
- Drive process optimisation, identifying friction points and collaborating with Product and Operations teams for scalable solutions.

- Partner Growth: Increasing referrals from existing partners.
- Partnership Quality: Focus on reactivation, partner performance, and reducing deal cycle time.
- Deal Renewals/Execution: Number and value of deals executed from pipelines; onboarding support and strategic deal execution.
- Operational Support: Offering advisory and assistance where needed.
Additional Requirements
- Consistent project delivery while vitalising team productivity and establishing clear expectations.
- Proficient use of CRM tools to manage pipelines and provide actionable performance insights.
- Translates strategic directives into structured work plans and propositions for optimal prioritisation.
- Optimises execution; spots inefficiencies.
- Diagnoses root causes, trade-offs, and turns data into practical solutions.
- Operates gracefully in ambiguity, reducing uncertainty for others.
- Key stakeholder with capability to led cross-functional initiatives.
