Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Support Advisor to join our team and provide frontline service to support our Partner Operations Help Desks. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of Onecom Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners by establishing rapport and trust on a daily basis.
  • Provide technical assistance for our products and services, including Data connectivity, Voice over IP, and Mobile telephony.
  • Deliver outstanding partner experiences through exceptional email and verbal communication.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems.
  • Computer literate.
  • Technical aptitude, interest, or experience is advantageous.
