The Role
Mistral succeeds when partners can confidently position, implement, support, and continuously improve Mistral AI solutions for their customers. As a member of Partner Technical Enablement, you’ll make that repeatable at scale by building reusable enablement assets, delivering training and workshops, and maintaining a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering.
What You Will Do
- Produce and maintain high-quality, reusable technical assets: technical demos, reference architectures, and partner-adaptable pilots
- Develop and deliver training materials and courses for our Partner training platform
- Drive enablement at scale across all partner channels via training, conference sessions, and certification programs
- Represent Mistral AI at partner, customer, and industry events, including executive briefings, conferences, and developer gatherings
- Lead or support partner focused technical workshops, hackathons, and community events that drive adoption of Mistral AI solutions
- Provide feedback and signals to GTM, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams

What We're Looking For
- Experience working extensively with systems integrators or technology company ecosystems, including at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)
- Experience building, launching, and expanding scalable partner enablement programs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations
- Skilled at leading hands-on technical sessions and workshops, including successful hackathons
- Ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations partners can adapt
- Experience creating high-quality technical content across multiple formats (written, video, and audio/podcasts)
- Proven success driving partner technical engagement and technical adoption
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills

Nice to have
- Familiarity with learning platforms (SCORM/LMS) and content ops: versioning, QA, release notes, analytics.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise deployments (security, IAM, networking, observability), plus the ability to build and maintain reference code (SDKs, templates, CI/CD).
- Use of AI tools to draft, test, and document faster without cutting corners on quality
