Partner - Transaction Services

We are recruiting a Partner to join and help develop a growing Transaction Services business. The role will focus on client origination, senior relationship management, Financial Due Diligence oversight, and the continued development of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Originate buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence mandates
  • Develop relationships with private equity funds, corporates, and other deal-market participants
  • Lead senior client conversations and pitches
  • Oversee complex Financial Due Diligence engagements
  • Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Support the recruitment and development of the team
  • Contribute to sector and go-to-market strategy
  • Help develop the broader Transaction Services offering
  • Support the use of data, analytics, and technology within FDD delivery

Requirements

  • Significant experience within Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
  • Previous UK experience within a Transaction Services / FDD team is essential
  • Strong relationships across private equity, corporate M&A, and the wider deals market
  • Demonstrable experience originating and converting new work
  • Strong track record of advising senior clients on complex transactions
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of the UK deals market
