Are you an experienced Commercial Property lawyer ready to lead an established and highly successful team?
A well regarded and ambitious Essex law firm is seeking an accomplished Commercial Property lawyer with at least 8 years post qualification experience to head its thriving Commercial Property department in Essex.
This is far more than a fee earning role. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a successful department, lead a talented team and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.

- Leading and developing a team of six Commercial Property lawyers
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting colleagues at different stages of their careers
- Managing a department with an annual turnover of approximately £1 million
- Handling a broad range of high quality Commercial Property work for an established client base
- Working closely with the firm's leadership team to drive strategic growth and business development
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 8 years post qualification experience in Commercial Property
- Be an experienced people manager or someone ready to step into a significant leadership position
- Have strong technical expertise across a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Enjoy mentoring others and building high performing teams
- Be commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
