They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence in a genuinely broad range of clients and industries across the Europe region. Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching and management of the client also. You won't be handing over your work but will be in control of an end-to-end process.
Career Development
Your career development will be supported by your personal Development Leader and our world class training and career development programs. At the same time as offering the security of a structured approach, our organisation is still of a size where you will be truly treated as an individual, with the opportunity to contribute new ideas and make the best of your entrepreneurial spirit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
