Job Title: Partnerships Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: West Midlands. Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK trade association, managing and developing a portfolio of established commercial partnerships.

As Partnerships Account Manager, you will manage relationships with 26 existing partners while developing new partnership opportunities and converting the sales pipeline. You will negotiate partner offers, support membership growth, and ensure partnerships continue to deliver value.

You will also manage partnership data and reporting, monitor performance, and use insights to shape strategy, improve member engagement, and support growth and retention.

The organisation provides its members with professional support, commercial benefits, and industry representation, working closely with a range of external partners to strengthen its membership offering.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong account management and relationship-building experience
  • Experience managing commercial partnerships or client accounts
  • Sales experience, including developing and converting pipelines
  • Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience analysing data and producing reports and dashboards
  • Strong Excel and CRM skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within a membership organisation
  • Hospitality or food industry experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
