Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
Your Role
As Partner Manager UK you own the British and Irish partner channel end to end. Acquisition, activation, and enablement are all yours. You bring new partners in, you get them to their first closed deal, and you give them the resources they need to sell fonio on their own. You handle the full partner base in your market, except the strategic accounts.
This is not desk based partner management. You sell alongside your partners, you sit in their customer calls, and you build the playbooks and materials that make them independent.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you will own
- Acquisition: You identify and screen potential partners across the UK and Ireland. You assess their real potential and decide how each one gets handled.
- Activation: You get partners to their first joint closed deal. You run the sales calls yourself so the partner sees a strong sales process live and learns from it. You join larger customer negotiations.
- Enablement: You teach partners how to sell fonio. You build and provide the resources they need, from pitch material to objection handling, and you are their go to contact for questions.
- Account Management: Regular check ins with your partners, unlocking upsell potential in their existing customer base, and opening new customers through and for your partners.
Your targets and KPIs
- Revenue through partners
- Number of qualified partners per quarter
- Number of activated partners (first joint deal closed)
- Activation rate and repeat activation rate
- Upsell rate in the existing base
