Senior Account Manager – Retail / Brand Experience Agency
London / Hybrid – 2–3 days in London, rest from home
£40,000–£42,000 basic + car allowance + 20% bonus OTE circa £55,000
We’re working with a fantastic agency looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Services professional to join a major EMEA retail programme.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone from an agency background who loves client relationships but is equally confident with the commercial side of account management – budgets, forecasting, SLAs, KPIs and overall account performance. You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative team managing a high-profile client account, acting as the key link between the central UK team, client stakeholders and partner agencies across different markets.
The role
You’ll take ownership of client activity and service delivery across your portfolio, including:
- Managing senior client relationships and day-to-day account activity
- Overseeing campaigns, projects and requests from brief through to delivery
- Managing budgets, forecasting and account commercials
- Monitoring and managing SLAs and KPIs
- Providing clear reporting and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure brilliant delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, processes and client service
- Spotting potential growth opportunities within the account

What we're looking for
Agency experience is really important for this role. We’re looking for someone who has worked within an agency environment in Account Management / Client Services and understands how to successfully manage both the relationship and commercial performance of a busy client account.
You'll need solid experience of:
- Account management within an agency
- SLAs and KPIs
- Budget management and forecasting
- Client reporting and commercial account management
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
- Working confidently across internal teams, clients and external partners

The package
This one has a really attractive overall package:
- £40,000–£42,000 basic salary + car allowance + 20% bonus, giving an OTE of approximately £55,000.
- It's also genuinely hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in London and the remainder working from home.
