Robert Walters - Partnership Accountant - Permanent - Hybrid - Birmingham - £90,000 - £100,000 per annum
Our client, a growing professional services organisation, is seeking a Partnership Accountant to support the management of complex stakeholder financial arrangements, reporting requirements, and financial governance activities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, provide valuable financial insight, and play a key role in maintaining robust financial controls within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Partnership Accountant
- Manage financial arrangements and payments for key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain and reconcile a range of financial accounts and supporting schedules.
- Prepare financial forecasts and analysis to support planning and decision-making.
- Produce regular financial reports and respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance activities and liaise with third-party advisers where required.
- Assist with year-end reporting, audit processes, and financial reviews.
- Manage financial administration associated with stakeholder lifecycle events.
- Review and improve existing financial processes, controls, and documentation.
- Deliver ad hoc financial modelling and analysis to support business initiatives.

- Previous experience within partnership accounting, professional services finance, or a similar specialist accounting environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
