This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnership and Business Development Manager based in United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mobile user engagement through technology, partnerships, and digital storytelling.

You will build and grow a partner ecosystem across Europe, while also contributing to business development across the UK and LATAM.

The role combines commercial partnership development with technology-focused ecosystem building and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

You will have the autonomy to define the partnership strategy, establish relationships from the ground up, and turn them into sustainable revenue channels.

Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will enable partners, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate growth.

The environment is entrepreneurial and fast-paced, making this a strong fit for a self-starter who enjoys building new functions and owning outcomes.

Regular partner meetings, industry events, webinars, and travel will give you the opportunity to build a strong international network.

Accountabilities

  • Build and expand a reseller and referral partnership network across Europe by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners market by market.
  • Establish commercial partnerships with agencies, consultancies, resellers, and other relevant ecosystem players.
  • Develop technical and product partnerships with platforms, system integrators, and complementary solutions within the mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Train and enable partners on the product, positioning, and sales approach so they can independently present, demonstrate, and support the solution.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop integrations and joint value propositions with complementary technologies.
  • Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, conferences, and other industry activities to generate awareness and qualified leads.
  • Develop joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and take ownership of the partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify, route, and convert partner-generated opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and renewals while maintaining strong long-term partner relationships.
  • Monitor partner activity, pipeline development, and performance through the CRM and provide regular reporting on channel health and results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
