About Allica Bank

Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.

Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

Purpose of Role

Finding effective ways of generating new business is critical to our continued growth. One way is through partnerships with third-parties who refer their SME clients to Allica on an ongoing basis based on mutual trust. Our Partnerships Sales Team work with trusted advisors to established SMEs, in particular their Accountants.

As a Partnerships Associate you will work closely with the Partnerships Managers. You will provide operational support in all aspects of the Partnerships Managers role to:

  • Enhance customer / accountant partner satisfaction
  • Ensure sales / growth targets are surpassed specifically focused on our Business Rewards Account by allowing our Partnerships Managers to focus more of their time on building accountant referral relationships
  • Gain on the job training, coaching and development to become our future Partnerships Sales Managers or take on other roles across the bank.

Principal Accountabilities

Client Onboarding

  • Support the Partnerships Managers and National Key Account Managers with the client referrals.
  • Support the client onboarding process, including gathering client information, communicating with our KYC team, replying to Request For Information (RFI) requests.
  • Providing professional, efficient and approachable communication with the client at each stage of the process.
  • Support the Partnerships Managers and National Key Account Managers with securing the initial deposits and funding of client accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
