Job Description
As a Partnerships Delivery Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing multiplatform campaigns to the highest standard within the Partnership Delivery (Strategic) team. This role requires immaculate client service, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking and effective organisation and time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management (70%): Take full ownership of the implementation and delivery of short to mid-term partnerships. To deliver all projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service (30%): Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth running of partnerships, driving repeat business as a result.

- Keep it Simple: Simplify the complex implementation process for clients to ensure customers have the best experience of working with Global through clear communication, practical solutions and quick problem-solving.
- Better Together: Collaborate with a variety of teams (i.e. commercial talent, commercial video, branded content, digital design, etc) to deliver multiplatform campaigns and bring them to life.

What Success Looks Like
- Delivering partnerships to the highest standard.
- Repeat business as a result of great account management.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effective use of time management and communication.
What You’ll Need
- Media Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a media environment; ideally within an account management capacity.
- Project Management Experience: A love of delivering excellent project management. Great organisational and prioritisation skills to help you deliver successfully.
- Customer Expertise: Previous experience of working directly with agencies or clients, managing complex projects, ideally within media.
- Multitasking skills: Ability to manage cross-media campaigns for clients or agencies. Working across all Global brands, platforms and products, to implement everything we have to offer from start to finish.
- Negotiation ability: Use your communication skills to persuade others.
- Problem solving: A go-getter who uses their initiatives to problem solve and create mutually beneficial results.
