Hello! 👋🏻
At Factorial, we believe our growth is powered by the strength of our partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Partnerships Development Manager for the UK&I region (Payroll & Accounting Ecosystem focus) to help expand, strengthen, and accelerate our partner network.
You’ll play a key role in expanding Factorial through channel sales, reseller networks, and strategic alliances - particularly within the Payroll & Accounting Ecosystem. You will work closely with local partners, accountants, bookkeepers, and software resellers who sell, implement, and support our all-in-one business management SaaS solution.
Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀
Please note: This is a full-time role based in London, UK 🇬🇧
The Role 📜
- Search for & map new potential partners in the HR, Payroll, and Accounting space with a strong footprint in the Accounting & Payroll Ecosystem, executing the full partner recruitment and sales cycle with them.
- Leverage accounting firm networks, payroll bureaus, and reseller channels to drive strategic distribution and partner growth across the UK&I market.
- Act as the main point of contact for key Accounting & Payroll-focused partners, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and advisory consultancies.
- Hold regular meetings (calls, video meetings, demos) with your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product, integrations (e.g., automated journal syncs, payroll exports), and finding solutions to specific problems they may have.
- Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pain points, software integration opportunities, and ways to further mature our partnership channel.
- Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.
- Play a key role alongside founding team members to drive UK&I market share, attending local industry events, accounting tech meetups, and key partner visits across the region.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context.
Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports.
AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is.
Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action.
When work changes, so do we.
We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply.
We believe in inclusion: we are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. If you would like to learn more about our inclusive recruitment processes, you are welcome to indicate so optionally and we will share additional information with you.
Our Values 🫀
- We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses.
- We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it.
- We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other.
