Our Mission

Coventry University Group is a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures. We are driven by our passionate belief in the transformational power of education and research to enable and empower our students, colleagues, and partners and to improve the world around them.

Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) is a global provider of postgraduate degrees, training, and professional development for teachers and school/college leaders. Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to join NITE as a Partnership Development Officer with responsibility for a defined programme area, including the management of partnership communications developed through the Partnerships Team.

  • You will build and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders, managing school enquiries and delivering clear communications across a range of audiences in the UK and internationally.
  • The role includes identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, contributing to business cases and tender submissions, and supporting the achievement of partnership development and student recruitment targets.
  • You will also leverage partnership records and reporting data to drive and strengthen brand awareness, while working collaboratively with colleagues across NITE and the wider university to support effective onboarding and partnership management processes that promote and reinforce the NITE brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
