Partnership Development Officer

Cardiff / Aberystwyth / Hybrid

About Us

We are the national partnership organisation for the third sector in Wales, with the purpose of enabling voluntary organisations to make a bigger difference together.

Supporting charities, social enterprises and community organisations across Wales, we help the sector connect, grow and influence change through collaboration, training, funding and practical support, strengthening the impact organisations have within their communities.

Recruit3 is a dedicated recruitment platform connecting talented people with rewarding careers across Wales’ third sector, from charities and voluntary groups to community organisations and social enterprises.

We are now looking for a Partnership Development Officer to join Recruit3 on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week flexibly.

We are trialling a 4 day working week for a 12 month period. During this period, our working pattern will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. Further details of the trial will be provided during the recruitment process.

The Role

As a Partnership Development Officer, you will support the growth of Recruit3 and increase engagement with our partner offer across the voluntary sector in Wales.

Taking day-to-day responsibility for Recruit3, you will ensure the platform remains relevant, accessible and valuable. You will increase its use among voluntary organisations, helping to grow the number of advertised roles and generate sustainable income.

You will also co-ordinate activity to recruit, retain and engage our partners, building strong relationships and developing valuable partnerships that strengthen connections across the voluntary sector.

Additionally, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of partner forums and events
  • Deliver other partner engagement activities
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Experience of building, managing and maintaining productive relationships with external organisations, stakeholders, customers or partners
