We are always on the lookout for top leadership talent in the RPO space. With this in mind, we are opening applications for experienced Talent Acquisition leaders that may be interested in careers here at Instant Impact. About The Role
As our Partnership Director, you'll take the lead in shaping and advancing the Talent Acquisition strategy for your clients.
You'll be a pivotal strategic partner to executive stakeholders, driving improvements and innovations that help them reach their business goals. Your expertise in service delivery will also shine as you present solutions to prospective clients during the sales process. With your exceptional stakeholder management skills, you'll guide and inspire a high-performing team through innovation, continuous feedback, and coaching. And to top it off, you'll be a thought leader, cultural ambassador, and behavioral influencer within the Instant Impact community.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Enablement
- Orchestrating and launching exciting new partnerships
- Cultivating strong connections with key stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers, and C-suite leaders
- Owning partnership success by setting and surpassing clear objectives, ensuring we exceed SLAs
- Showcasing and implementing Instant Impact’s cutting-edge expertise in Talent Acquisition, embedding our best practices
- Innovating and propelling every client toward their unique vision of world-class talent acquisition, all within their budget
Team Leadership & Development
- Leading your dynamic team of Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, and potentially Talent Acquisition Partners to drive exceptional performance and achieve remarkable results.
- Empowering your TALs and TAMs with top-notch coaching and regular, constructive feedback to fuel their ongoing growth and development.
- Performing skills gap analysis to anticipate future needs, crafting strategic development and succession plans, and hiring to boost our team's talent density.
- Actively contributing to the vibrant ii community by:
- Sharing innovative best practices, creative ideas, and success stories from partnerships.
- Hosting engaging internal coaching and training sessions.
- Enhancing our culture by living and promoting the values and behaviors of ii.

Improvement & Opportunity Development
- Build strong relationships by effectively communicating with key client stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers, and keeping our internal team aligned on goals and objectives.
- Shine in sales meetings by playing a pivotal role in crafting and delivering compelling proposals.
- Define, manage, and promote strategic improvement plans tailored to enhance each client’s talent acquisition and overall HR initiatives.
- Identify and rally the right mix of internal and external experts to bring your improvement plans to life, ensuring seamless project management.
- Lead the charge in driving innovation and improvement within Instant Impact. Spearhead internal projects and foster a culture of continuous learning across the business.
Skills & Experience:
Our ideal profiles will be someone with solid experience in an RPO/MSP environment, if not significant leadership experience within Talent Acquisition - ideally managing multiple sections simultaneously.
- You're a talent acquisition dynamo, with extensive knowledge and rock-solid recruitment fundamentals that cover all areas of TA.
- As a top-notch people manager, client manager, and project manager, you excel at building trust with everyone you work with, quickly and effectively.
- With your experience in managing budgets for service delivery and projects, you know how to measure and demonstrate ROI both internally and externally.
- You're a skilled people developer, adept at identifying development areas and implementing effective coaching techniques to foster growth.
