About the Company
Our client is an ambitious WealthTech business on a mission to transform the way individuals access, understand and manage their wealth. As the business embarks on a significant phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Partnerships Director to develop and execute a strategic partnerships programme that accelerates revenue growth, expands market reach and strengthens the company's position within the WealthTech ecosystem.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Partnerships Director will be responsible for identifying, securing and managing strategic partnerships. This is a highly visible role that will suit a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the company's partnership strategy, aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
- Identify, engage and secure strategic partnerships with wealth managers, financial advisers, platforms and investment providers.
- Build and maintain a strong network across the wealth management and investment industry.
- Lead partnership negotiations from initial engagement through to contract completion.
- Create joint go-to-market initiatives that drive client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Work closely with product, marketing and leadership teams to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Track, measure and report on partnership performance and key commercial metrics.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the brand and help raise the company's profile within the market.

About You
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development or sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrable track record of building and growing commercial partnerships into Wealth Management / Investment Management / Private Banking clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively within a scaling business.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership teams.
- Ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and convert relationships into commercial outcomes.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach.
