Our Client Mackie Myers are partnering with a specialist life sciences organisation that supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies throughout the clinical development process. Due to continued commercial growth, they are seeking a Partnership Executive to strengthen their business development function and support future expansion.
The Role This role will focus on identifying, engaging and nurturing senior decision-makers across pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organisations. Working closely with the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing strategic outreach campaigns, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the organisation's presence at key industry conferences.

Main Duties
- Driving early-stage commercial engagement and supporting long-term pipeline growth.
- Research and identify target organisations and senior decision-makers within the life sciences sector.
- Execute personalised outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email and other channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent engagement.
- Qualify opportunities and transition suitable prospects to the business development team.
- Support industry conference planning by identifying prospects and arranging meetings for the commercial team.
The Successful Candidate
- Previous experience within lead generation, prospecting, business development or commercial outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently to achieve agreed KPIs.
