The Opportunity
We are supporting a successful membership-based organisation as it continues to invest in the development of its commercial partnerships function.
As part of a wider commercial transformation programme, the business is creating a dedicated Partnerships Executive role to take ownership of an established portfolio of partner accounts. This is a relationship-led account management position focused on developing long-term commercial partnerships, creating structured account plans and helping partners maximise the value of their investment.
Working alongside an experienced team member and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you'll play an important role in strengthening partner relationships, increasing stakeholder engagement and helping shape future investment and growth opportunities across the portfolio.
Role Profile
This is not a new business development role. The focus is on managing, developing and growing value within an existing portfolio of partner relationships. You'll be responsible for maintaining a structured cadence of account activity, conducting discovery and review meetings, creating annual account plans and working with partners to align their objectives with future opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
