About Us:
Who is GBM Group, I hear you ask? Well, you probably already know who we are without realising it! We own and operate a network of highly-engaged youth communities on social media. We have 18+ pages… including Great British Memes, That Girl Page, That Student Page, and more - which across all social channels reach over 500 million scrollers every month. The vast majority of our social following comes from right here in our home market: the UK.
We’re split into three core departments: Partnerships, Editorial, and Creative. This role sits right at the heart of our vibrant Partnerships team, working directly alongside our senior leads to keep our commercial engine running smoothly.
To sum it up: we’re a fast-growing, hyper-visible media powerhouse that is chronically online, making organic and paid memes and video content for the masses… and we're ready to scale our commercial footprint.

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, ambitious Partnership Executive to join our brand partnerships division. This is a fantastic entry-to-mid-level opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media culture and wants to build a career in media sales and account management.
In this role, you will balance outbound business development with client support and internal team coordination. You will be responsible for building an active pipeline of prospective brand partners, managing client relationships throughout campaign lifecycles, and acting as a key operational anchor to support the wider team.
Crucially, you will be the glue between our commercial sales efforts and internal teams (Creative & Editorial), helping prepare pitch decks, coordinate campaign rollouts, and ensure every client receives a seamless experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
