PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Proven experience within the sponsorship/sports marketing industry.
• Experience supporting partnerships, sponsorships, account management, or client-facing relationships within a commercial environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and the ability to support reporting and performance tracking.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexibly, including matchdays, events, and occasional travel.
