📣 I'm Hiring: Partnership Lead | SaaS | InsuranceTech | Fintech | £70,000 - £100,000
I’m working with a fast-growing technology business operating across the insurance and financial services space that is looking for a Partnership Lead to join the team.
This is a varied, hands-on position sitting across strategic partnerships, project delivery, and product, with plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and developing relationships with key partners across banking, insurance, and technology
- Identifying new partnership opportunities that support the company's growth
- Leading partnership projects and integrations from initial conversations through to delivery
- Coordinating across product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Working with partners and clients to make integrations and onboarding as seamless as possible
- Helping build the processes needed to manage a growing partner ecosystem

What we’re looking for:
- Experience within partnerships, project delivery, product, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to take ownership
- Exposure to fintech, banking, insurance, or API-driven technology would be a big advantage
