Role Description 👀

We're looking for someone who loves the challenge of closing deals and wants to be properly rewarded for it. You will be reaching out to potential clients across the industries we're targeting, hospitality, students' unions, and SMEs globally, pitching product tiers from £1,600 up to £10k+, and you'll keep 10% commission on every single sale, uncapped. You'll follow up, answer their questions, and help them see not just the product, but the vision behind it. You'll be the person who takes someone from "never heard of Campsite" to "why didn't we have this sooner." Closing the deal matters, but so does building a relationship they'll want to stick around for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

And the fun part. Our top salesperson of the year gets an all expenses paid trip to a surprise destination in Europe ✈️. We'll share exactly how that's benchmarked once you're on board, but yes, it's real, and we're genuinely excited to send someone this year.

This is a flexible, zero-hours role, so it suits someone who wants control over their schedule and thrives on results rather than clocking in 9 to 5 or wants to explore the world of sales, be it part time or full-time.

Our Perfect Candidate 🫶🏻

Someone genuine. We want people who can talk to potential clients like real humans, not AI bots. A good communicator who listens as much as they pitch, and who can build trust quickly without being pushy. Someone who can maintain relationships beyond the first sale, because we're not just after one-off deals, we want clients who stay with us for years. If you're the kind of person people naturally warm to and remember, that's exactly who we need.
