We are looking for a proactive and influential Partnership Lead
In this strategic role, you will build and strengthen partnerships across Integrated Care Systems, Combatting Drugs Partnerships, criminal justice agencies, and health and social care providers. Working closely with local services, you will provide expert guidance, identify opportunities for collaboration, and support the delivery of innovative, joined-up approaches that reduce drug and alcohol-related harm, improve treatment outcomes, and tackle health inequalities. About the Role
- Lead engagement with Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Combating Drugs Partnerships (CDP), monitoring local developments, priorities, and outcomes.
- Coordinate data analysis, reporting, and project management activities to support partnership initiatives, including grant-funded programmes.
- Act as the key point of contact for ICS and CDP matters, providing tailored advice, guidance, and support to local services and teams.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with partners across health, social care, criminal justice, primary care, mental health, acute services, and the voluntary sector.
- Provide training, information, and guidance to staff and leaders, promoting best practice and the benefits of integrated, person-centred care.
- Monitor and report on OHID-funded activity, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and keeping managers and commissioners informed of progress.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities, learning events, and joint initiatives that reduce drug and alcohol-related harm and tackle health inequalities.
- Support the development of service agreements, information-sharing protocols, and joint working arrangements with key partners.
- Contribute to service leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder meetings, providing visible leadership and line management where required.

About You
- Experience of working within substance misuse services
- Experience of managing projects
- Experience working with vulnerable adults in a health and social care setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the possible pathways available within the Health,
- Able to develop, design new methods and approaches to update practises and service delivery
- Key project management skills and ability to set targets and meet key deadlines
- Able to lead and embed a solution-focused approach to dealing with challenge and conflict in integrated working
- Able to use a data driven approach to influence partnership relationships, improve service provision and to tell our story
- Able to communicate (at many levels) performance using variety of data and demonstrate ability to summarise key outputs
- Able to guide and support a culture that facilitates collaboration and learning
- Able to apply and respond to different learning styles
- Excellent communicator who is open, listens and collaborates
- Patience and compassion to work through complexity with both individuals/teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to situations as they occur

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
