Are you ready to take the lead in delivering key sponsorship programmes across one of the biggest events in golf? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key sponsorships across the 2027 Ryder Cup and DP World Tour.
About The Role:
In this role you'll be the go-to person for our partners, managing day-to-day relationships, bringing sponsorship activations to life and ensuring all contractual rights are delivered. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Broadcast, Content, Digital, Media, and Championship Management to create and execute integrated partner programs that drive engagement and value. This role will be focussed on the delivery of the Ryder Cup, working with key partners and suppliers, with some of your time combined with delivery across the DP World Tour tournaments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
